Two companies drive sales and marketing for Exact Tools. Exact Commerce USA, Inc. handles the North American market and some offshore sales. Exact Commerce Qingdao Co., Ltd. handles the Asian and European markets. Either company is in a position to help with the customer requirements or inquiries. Both Exact Qingdao and Exact USA regularly coordinate logistics and customer service activities.

Exact Tools, Ltd. has moved into a leadership position in "forged tool" products and a extensive range of other non-powered hand tools for the home, agricultural, commercial, and industrial markets. As a global supplier, we have a presence in most major world markets.

The manufacturing and operational staff of Exact Tools are seasoned veterans in manufacturing. Many of our staff members have worked in our industry for over forty years.

Exact forged tool heads are made of tempered steel allowing for exceptional product life. Unlike stamped or cold forging, Exact utilizes hot drop forging for many of its products permitting the extra strength needed for the rigors of industrial and commercial use.

Handles are a most important part of an excellent tool. Exact offers a choice of ash wood, fiberglass, or tubular steel handles. Optional foam grips are available for added hand comfort.
