Located in the rolling hills of Laiwu Village, Shandong Providence, China (approximately 4-1/2 hours from the coast), Exact Tools has made its' presence known as a reliable manufacturing operation that is a source of pride for the local community. The company employs over three hundred local workers from the area on a regular basis. Unlike many of the Chinese coastal factories that are staffed by migrate workers and are separated from their families for months at a time, our Laiwu workers are able to remain in their community with their families and friends.

The Laiwu area is rich in a production history of forged products. An experienced labor pool exist in the local community which allows Exact Tools to expand as demand necessitates. The advent of Exact's acquisition of the Laiwu factory has increased employment at the facility more than ten fold since opening, bringing additional prosperity to the local community and the work force.

Our factory has upgraded and improved all manufacturing operations since moving to the new facility over ten years ago. Gas fired ovens have replaced many of the coal fired operations. A state-of-the-art powder coat painting line is one of the center pieces of the finishing operation. This painting process allows for numerous head color options with a smooth, tough, long lasting finish.

Until 2008, Exact Tools only offered forged heads to our customer base. In 2008, we begin offering a complete assembled tool option with wood, fiberglass, aluminum or steel handles. Foam or dipped grips are also an available option for additional tool use comfort.
